Are your programmes suitable for Men and Women?

Yes. All our services are suitable for both Men and Women including programmes, online coaching and personal training.

Generally our male personal trainer Ajmal deals with all male clients, and our female personal trainer Hanadi deals with all the female clients.


What programme or service suits me best?

If your goal is to lose quality weight/body fat and tone up, we highly recommend the male and female shredding/weight loss programmes.

If your goal is to gain quality weight/muscle mass, we highly recommend the male and female lean bulking/ weight gain programmes.

Ultimately for the best results, you should opt for the personalised programmes for an individual plan that was made to match your needs, to follow independently.

If you need guidance and support during your transformation, we recommend online coaching or 1:1 personal training as this service will allow us to monitor and keep track of your progress. We will also update your plans whenever its needed to assure constant progress, and keep you motivated at all times.


What is included in the generic Male and Female Programmes?

What is the difference between the generic programmes and the personalised programmes?

The generic programmes cover diet and training, for the client to mix and match their own plans.

The benefits of personalised programmes is that we do the mixing and matching for you, based on your information provided in the Questionnaire (Schedule, Activity Level, Food Preferences, Experience, Weight, Height, Body type etc).

Personalised Diet Plan:

If a client purchases a personalised diet plan, we calculate his/her daily calorie reference and macro split. We create a plan based on these numbers using meals/recipes from our very own meal book to match those. The recipes are recommendations and part of our own diet. We don’t want to offer things we cannot vouch for.

Personalised Training Plan:

If a client purchases a personalised training plan, we create workouts based on your information designed for your specific condition and goals build to fit your schedule. This will outline all exercises, rest, sets and rep ranges.

Generally we recommend the same to everyone: The programmes are consistent, as our formula to success is one:

The choice is yours whether you want to do the research and calculation yourself or you want us to do all the work for you :)


How does the Online Coaching and Personalised Programmes work?

When you add the Service to you cart a form (questionnaire) will pop up. We need this information to make the programmes (plans and recipes) as close to your needs as possible. Please only tick one option each (except for the meal preference question), otherwise we will have to go for the most common option (e.g if you tick “I need a programme for: Home & Gym”, we will go for “Gym”).

After processing this information we will get back to you via Email within 5-10 working days to start your unique Journey.


How do I receive the programme?

You will receive a Link via Email that will allow you to download the programme. The Link expires after 24h.



PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAMME WITHIN THE 24 HOURS - FAILURE TO DO SO RESULTS IN YOU NOT RECEIVING YOUR PROGRAMME/PLANS.


Can I buy the programmes in my country?

All programmes and services are available in any country. The only language available currently is English.


What are the payment methods?

You can purchase the programmes and services paying via Card or Paypal.


Will the plans ever expire after I download them?

No, after you download the programmes you have lifetime access to the plans. You can complete them as many times as you like.


I haven’t received my confirmation email?

Please wait up to 24 hours for your confirmation email. Also make sure you have checked your junk/spam folder. If you still haven’t received your email please get in touch at contact@ajmalkhurram.com


Refunds and Returns

No returns or refunds on digital products and services (including personal training fees).

IF YOU HAVEN’T DOWNLOADED THE PROGRAMMES/PLANS WITHIN THE 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING DOWNLOAD LINK (EMAIL), YOU CANNOT ASK FOR A REFUND.

For physical products, you have 14 days from the date you receive all items to return to Ajmalkhurram.com. You have to present the purchase receipt, full name, quantity of the product you are returning along with the items you wish to return.

For personal training sessions there is a 24h cancellation/ rescheduling policy. If the 24 hour notice period is not satisfied the session may not be rescheduled and will be counted unless mitigating circumstances are met e.g. illness. If client is late to the session, the time will be subtracted from the session and the session will end at the scheduled time unless discussed otherwise. Payments are to be made in advance of the sessions. All packages have a 4 week deadline, meaning all sessions must be completed within the 4 week time frame or subject to a minimum of 3 sessions per week will be accounted for. Exceptions will be made if mitigating circumstances are met eg illness or holiday. The packages are non refundable.

The customer is responsible to pay for returned items to Ajmal Khurram (we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are unable to process a refund or exchange if we have not received the item back).

Upon receipt and inspection of all items a refund will be made subject to the items being in the same unused condition (seal not broken, original packaging): We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
